Committment to quality & security
Conax is committed to quality and security, with a structure of processes and procedures, and continuous improvement. The way we work is described in the Conax Management System – compliant with two international standards:
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013, Information Security management System requirements. ISO/IEC 27001 (previously 7799) certified since 2001.
- ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System requirements. ISO 9001 certified since 1998.
The Conax scope of certification covers development, realization, marketing, sales and delivery of security solutions and associated services.
The compliance with the two international standards is documented by ISO 9001 and 27001 certificates. Both certificates are issued by a Norwegian certification agency, and the ISO 9001 certificate is in addition issued on behalf of the international certification association IQNet (ISO 9001).The management system was recertified after a recertification audit in May 2016.
The next recertification will take place in 2019, meanwhile Conax is committed to working with continuous improvements and to remain compliant with the requirements of the two standards. Surveillance audits by the certification agency take place annually.
