Conax and new subsidiary DVnor join forces to secure content from origin to consumption
Conax is pleased to announce the Kudelski Group’s acquisition of DVnor! The provider of media asset management (MAM) services will now become a fully-owned subsidiary of Conax.

With this acquisition, Conax will extend its position in securing digital content management and distribution – and grow its business to include new services outside the client devices-based business.

Who is DVnor and how can we together provide added-value for operators?
DVnor’s Organizer™ is a highly automated, all-in-one platform for metadata and digital file management, transcoding, storage, distribution and post-production services. They deliver content directly to all major Service Delivery Platforms, including Netflix, Amazon and iTunes. DVnor’s R&D team, geographic footprint and solutions are highly complementary to Conax and the Conax solutions portfolio.

With the Kudelski Group acquisition of DVnor, we aim to extend the Conax footprint within the digital content value chain and foster a closer relationship with content owners. In addition, Conax and DVnor will work together to create additional value for new pay-TV operator offerings!
