Conax Academy CAS Customer Training

Conax is focusing on providing a high level of service and support to our customers, including training to increase customers’ competence on Conax CAS operations.

For partners providing sales, installation or support on behalf of Conax, please sign up for training via the PartnerNet login on the "Partners" tab, send a request for username and password to marketing@conax.com.

The Conax Academy program provides Conax customers with the know-how and tools to best serve their valuable content security, enabling our customers to reduce downtime problems and operational costs. The training program is designed to assist our customers to be more time and cost efficient with regards to sales, service and support to their subscribers.

CAS Operations Training

A comprehensive four-day course that provides tools and know-how to operate, administrate and maintain a Conax CAS7 system.

CAS On-Demand Basic Training

A one-day course providing an understanding of the principle of a CAS On-Demand solution, enabling the customer to plan the implementation of a CAS On-Demand system.

CAS On-Demand Basic and Operations Training

A two-day add-on training module to the “CAS Operations Training", providing a comprehensive overview of the On-Demand system landscape, enabling the customer to plan the implementation, operate and configure the Conax CAS7 part of the CAS On-Demand system.

Training in Colorado - Extended CAS Operations Training

This training is only available for people that have received a personal invitation from Conax by Lars vestby.

CAS Troubleshooting Workshop

A three-day add-on module to the “CAS Operations Training”. The participants will continuously be given troubleshooting tasks to solve, enabling the participant to solve common user problems that Conax customers experience.
