The Conax CAS7 Core includes the components necessary for standard pay-TV supporting subscription mode, which implies that the consumer is granted access to one or more services for a fixed time period.

Conax CAS7 allows a digital TV operator to start with a basic Pay-TV offer, Conax CAS7 Core. To support a wider range of services in more complex operations and business models, Conax CAS7 Extended optional components can be added to Conax CAS7 Core.

Conax CAS7 also supports DVB over IP, which is the standard used for successful TV over IP operations worldwide.

To assist Conax's customers in their daily operations, Conax offers an operation agreement where Conax takes the full responsibility for the establishment, maintenance and operation of the customer's CA system. This agreement lets customers benefit from Conax's unique and more than 10 years of CA operation experience, all day and all year - 24 * 7.

For customers that choose to run the operation of their CA system in-house, Conax offers a License and Support Agreement.
