SCaT Workshops, Mumbai: Conax guides cable operators with care-abouts for optimizing digital migration
Conax session highlighting opportunities provided by hardware security for operators positioning for a competitive edge in the new digital world SCaT Workshops, 14th March 2012 –Conax, a leading global provider of solutions for protecting multi-device digital content, announced it will host an educational session during the SCaT Workshops in Mumbai guiding Indian operators now facing the eminent requirement of digital migration. The workshop, March 15th at the Hotel Taj Vivanta President in Mumbai will educate operators on the principles of content protection and opportunities provided by hardware CAS for broadcast operations

At the SCaT Workshops in Mumbai, Conax will host session “Hardware-based Conditional Access Solutions”, 3:00 – 3:45, March 15th. Conax’ Morten Ruud, leading the Solutions Architect Team at Conax, will talk about security levels and explore optimizing return on platform investments through the opportunities offered by hardware-based security. With Indian operators facing new requirements for digital migration, Morten Ruud will highlight operator “care-abouts” such as cost effective and flexible solutions for enabling secure multi-screen operations.
